2. Preface
As the person responsible for the processing of your personal data, ARMOGASTE SARL
undertakes to protect the personal data that you entrust to it when you register for any
ARMOGASTE application.
In accordance with the provisions ARMOGASTE SARL respects the most stringent European
and French standards of protection of privacy and personal data. The rights and guarantees
of users of Armogaste applications respect in particular the law "computing and freedoms"
n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified by the law 2004-801 of August 6, 2004 incorporating

- Editor : the company ARMOGASTE SARL
- Privacy Policy and Privacy Protection : is a contract that describes how a company owns,
processes, publishes and erases data transmitted by its customers and / or partners.
- Terms and Conditions : Terms and Conditions of Use is an information / contract between
the publisher of an application and / or a website and the user, which will inform visitors

mobile devices running Android.
- License : A software license is a contract by which the rights holder of the software
authorizes a third party to use software. Using unlicensed software that is not the author is
the infringement of copyright.
4. Protection of your personal data
Subject to providing proof of your identity, you have the right to request that personal data
about you be corrected, completed, updated or deleted if the data is inaccurate,
incomplete, equivocal, expired, or if the use, the communication or retention of this data is
illegal.
ARMOGASTE applications do not store your personal data or distribute it to a third party.
5. Collection and processing of data
The person responsible for the collection and processing of these data is ARMOGASTE SARL,
the details of which are given in Chapter 1 Legal Information. This data is not used outside
applications, and only works for notifications and push of ARMOGASTE game applications.
The data used within ARMOGASTE applications are:
• Your pseudo
• Your mail adress
• Your gender (if you choose a character)
6. Uses of personal data
As noted in Chapter 5, Armogaste's applications do not collect information from users. So
there is no data retention.
7. Geolocalisation
None of the Armogaste apps have geolocation.
8. Legal
The personal information about the user is on the iTunes and Google Play platforms and is
not available to Armogaste. Nevertheless, in application of the legislation in force, the
information concerning an application of Armogaste will be communicated to the
competent authorities.
In case of disputes you can make your claims with the company ARMOGASTE.
In the absence of an amicable agreement between the two parties, the dispute will be
submitted to the Paris Court (75).
9. Confidentiality of your personal identifiers
Armogaste does not ask you for registration on its applications. Your personal identifiers
linked to your iTunes and Google Play account are independent of Armogaste.
10. Social Networks
Currently, Armogaste's applications do not allow you to register with your account already
created on a social network.
11. Links to other websites
Some Armogaste applications may include links or references to third party websites.
The insertion of these links does not mean that the company Armogaste approves the
contents, that it accepts any responsibility as for the availability or the contents of these
sites or that it can be held responsible for damages or prejudices resulting from the use of
these contents in any form. The company Armogaste retains the right to remove at any time
a link from one of its applications.
If you access other websites from the links provided on our site, the operators of these
websites may collect information about you. This information will be used in accordance
with their privacy policy, which may differ from the Armogaste Application Privacy Policy.
12. Updates to our privacy policy
Armogaste may modify this Privacy and Confidentiality Policy. The date when the latest
revisions were made is at the top of the first page.
All changes will be effective upon publication of these revisions.
